As the situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) evolves, Bank of Houston, N.A. is closely monitoring information from the CDC and is committed to being responsive to the needs of our community.

We highly encourage all customers to utilize our electronic banking tools, such as Online Banking, ATMs and our Mobile App. If you have not already enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to do so at Here you can access your bank accounts 24/7, view transactions and balances, transfer funds between accounts and deposit checks (if you are enrolled in Mobile Deposit).

In addition, we have implemented several measures internally to aide in the prevention of the spread of the Coronavirus. Our branches are open and we have taken numerous steps to do our best to ensure a safe environment. Effective May 1, 2020, our lobby hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We also have bankers available at (713) 497-1515 or (254) 445-2213 to assist with your banking needs or answer any questions you may have. In an effort to contain and alleviate any further exposure, we respectfully request that if you have recently returned from an international trip, been exposed to international travelers and/or feel ill, please call one of our bankers at the numbers listed above to conduct your banking business and refrain from coming into the bank.
